All orders are sent using Australia Post Standard delivery with tracking.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.
Processing Your Order
Most orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your Australia Post tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Please remember that processing time is separate from delivery time. Processing is the time we need to prepare your order before it is handed to Australia Post.
Handmade & Made-to-Order Items
Some TigerLilyKay products are handmade or made to order.
Our crochet tarot bags are handmade especially for you and require an additional 2 business days to make before your order is dispatched.
Because each bag is handmade, there may be slight variations in size, colour or appearance. We think these little differences are part of the magic of owning something handmade.
Delivery
All TigerLilyKay orders are sent using Australia Post Standard delivery with tracking.
Delivery times can vary depending on your destination, postal networks, public holidays, weather, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.
For international orders, delivery may take longer due to international transit and customs processing.
Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you your Australia Post tracking information.
Please allow a little time for tracking information to become active after your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.
You can use your tracking number to follow your parcel's progress through the Australia Post tracking system.
International Orders
For customers ordering from outside Australia, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other fees imposed by your country.
Any customs charges, import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are outside TigerLilyKay's control.
International delivery times can also vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Packaging
Your order matters to us.
We take care when packing your items to help protect them during their journey. Depending on the products in your order, items may be wrapped or otherwise secured to help reduce the chance of damage during transit.
And because we love a little bit of everyday magic, every order includes a small surprise gift from TigerLilyKay.
Damaged Orders
We carefully package our products, but unfortunately parcels can sometimes be damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the item and its packaging. This will help us understand what happened and work out the best way to assist you.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property and with household members or neighbours.
If your parcel appears to be delayed or cannot be located, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Please note that once a parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery times can sometimes be affected by circumstances outside TigerLilyKay's control.
